Providing the
foundation for rapid custom application development.
The Phasesoft Application Foundation is a set of common
components developed by Phasesoft that provides a framework
that is used for many of our projects. We do not charge
for these components, they are included in any application
we develop for you.
Added value for our clients
- Reduces the time required to
complete a project so you can bring your products or
services to market quicker.
- Provides a standards-based extensible
architecture, from which your custom application can
be built. We build our components based on industry
standards so that any developer can easily use them.
- Leverages existing high quality
components at no cost. These components provide more
custom functionality than would ordinarily be produced
for a single project. All foundation components are
fully tested and documented.
- Source code is provided for any
component that is used in one of your projects. You
may use and modify any of it as you see fit.
Because we are fully
trained on all of our foundation components,
we can focus on your business processes and
your project rather than low-level architecture.
Features provided
- N-Tier scalable framework
based on J2EE. We strictly follow the J2EE standard
so that our foundation works on any J2EE compliant application
server; from open source servers such as Apache’s
Tomcat up to enterprise-class application servers, such
as IBM’s WebSphere./li>
- Full Model-View-Control architecture
to separate the user interface from the database and
the business logic. This provides for a separation of
developer responsibilities, which allows for easy enhancements
and changes to the system.
- Components include web front-end
functionality, security, data access, e-mail and other
networking services, logging, scheduling, testing, XML,
web services and much more.
The Phasesoft Application Foundation
provides the Phasesoft team with another tool that helps
us provide superior software design and development services
on time and on budget
